Starters
Cream of Parsnip Soup – silky smooth with crispy bacon snippets, paired with a warm bacon and cheese scone.
Caramelised Brie – golden, gooey brie with a roasted beetroot and pomegranate salad, served alongside toasted sourdough.
Prawn and Avocado Salad – dressed with our smoked salmon Marie Rose sauce for a festive twist.
Creamy Garlic Mushrooms – cooked with mascarpone and a splash of sherry, served on toasted sourdough and crowned with melted mozzarella.
Main dishes
Sussex Bronze Roasted Turkey – with all the seasonal trimmings you’d expect.
Apple and Sage Pork Fillet – stuffed with sausage meat and finished with a local cider cream sauce.
Lemon Butter Cod en Papillote – with leeks and new potatoes, delicately steamed in its own parchment parcel.
Mushroom, Butternut and Spinach Wellington – wrapped in golden pastry and served with a rich mushroom sauce.
Desserts
Traditional Christmas Plum Pudding – drizzled with warm brandy sauce.
Profiteroles – filled with Chantilly cream and topped with glossy chocolate sauce.
Raspberry and Pistachio Tiramisu – a festive twist on an Italian favourite.
Apple and Mincemeat Tart – with a panettone crumble topping and vanilla ice cream.
